  Responsibilities

  ■業務内容：Salesforceアーキテクトは、Salesforceプラットフォームに関連する組織内の技術および開発標準を定義し、管理します。長期的なプラットフォーム戦略やロールアウトロードマップの策定を支援し、Salesforceとアーキテクチャーの原則に基づいたベストプラクティスを反映した具体的な実装ソリューションに関するガイダンスを提供することが求められます。
  ■組織構成：トランスフォーメーション部は100名近くの組織になりますが、配属先は7～10名の組織になります。平均年齢30代半ばで、中途入社も多く保険会社に限らず業界出身者がいます。その中でもIT部門内のSFDC "Center of Excellence"（CoE）は、同社内のSalesforce戦略プラットフォームの管理に必要な方向性やビジョン、ガバナンス、トレーニング、コミュニケーションを提供する役割を担い、営業・カスタマーサポート、パートナー・コミュニティ管理、マーケティング・リード管理、分析・レポート、社内プロセスのデジタル化といった領域をカバーしています。
