【職務内容】
新規製品開発を企画・実行する業務、並びにそれに伴うマネジメントをご担当いただきます。主業務は、プラズマ加工及び電子線応用を中心とした新規装置開発になります。加えて新事業推進部門として半導体後工程分野での事業開発全般にかかる技術調査や戦略策定、外部のパートナ連携を活用したソリューション開発などを担っていただく予定です。技術革新や需要動向の変化が半導体市場において、半導体製造工程全体を俯瞰し多様化するお客様の課題に応えることがメインミッションです。

They possess multiple well-known cosmetic and skincare brands aimed at a diverse range of users. Their products span from nature-inspired skincare to makeup designed for the younger generation, catering to a wide and varied audience.
Responsibilities: 当社のブランドにおけるプロダクトマーケティングをお任せいたします。本国およびジャパンスタッフと連動し、日本でのローンチプランの設計、商品コンセプトや商品情報のローカライズ、商品カレンダー、競合他社調査、価格戦略、消費者調査、新商品および既存品の需要予測や在庫管理（PO＆FC）、プロダクトマスターデータの管理や商品投入のプロセスの管理を、スタッフをリードしながら実行していただきます。
アシスタントマネージャーとしての入社ですが、メンバースタッフ1名の指導業務を伴います。
ゆくゆくはマネージャー候補としてご活躍いただくことを想定しております。
ブランドの年間計画（マーケティングカレンダー）及びプロダクトごとの戦略の作成

消費者調査の実施及び調査会社の管理及び日本市場におけるビューティートレンドや競合商品の調査、チームへのアウトプット
商品ローンチプラン・商品におけるIMCプランへの反映
商品の売上動向やプロモーションの生産性の分析及び課題と解決法、アクションプランの設定
本国と連動した限定品や企画品の企画・投入・結果検証
取引先や関連部署への新商品プレゼン
