  同社では、ブランド認知度向上、顧客エンゲージメント推進、販売目標支援を目的とした包括的なマーケティングコミュニケーション戦略の策定・実施を担当する専門家を募集しています。マーケティング、セールス、ビジネスユニットのステークホルダーと緊密に協力し、コミュニケーション努力の整合性と効果を確保する役割を果たします。
  業務内容：
  地域商業チームと連携し、マーケティングプラン策定
  オムニチャンネルからのリードの育成と転換を推進
  各種プロモーション、イベント等の戦術計画立案
  デジタルプラットフォーム含む様々なチャンネルのコンテンツ作成
  ブランドガイドラインの遵守とブランド評判の向上
  入社後、マーケティング戦略立案からスタートし、徐々に業務を担当。
  変更の範囲会社の定める業務
  
  組織体制14名のチームメンバーと協力し、3名のリーダーの指導のもと業務を進めます。
