- Responsibilities
- 当部にて、海外出向(日本から海外への出向および海外から日本への出向受入)、海外出張関連の処遇管理や運用オペレーション、BPO含むベンダーマネジメント業務を主導いただきます。定常業務に加え、海外の人事メンバーやグローバル組織と連携し、国際的な人材交流におけるさまざまな課題の解決やポリシー検討、オペレーション改善等にも取り組んでいただきます。英語での会議もあり、グローバルな環境下で働くことができます。
業務内容:
海外出向関連のグローバル人事制度の日本リージョンにおける制度運用・プロセス開発業務(日本から海外への出向および海外から日本への出向受入に関する業務)
海外出張関連の処遇管理や運用オペレーション
BPO含むベンダーとの連携業務
変更の範囲:会社の定める業務とする
