Responsibilities

【世界をリードする半導体製造装置メーカー/離職率低/英語力を活かせる！】
■業務概要：当社の採用担当者として、自立して採用活動をおこなっていただきます。適切なチャネル（人材紹介等）を活用しながら、求人情報を社内外と連携します。採用マネージャー／人事担当者と定期的なフォローアップを行い、採用計画の効果や実施状況を判断いただきます。
■業務詳細：

• 各募集ポジションの採用・面接計画の作成をリード
• 社内外の機関、ベンダー、大学、協会との関係構築
• 適任の候補者を見つけ、オープンポジションを効率的かつ効果的に埋めるためのネットワーク構築
• 適切なソーシングチャネル（インターネット、紹介、人材紹介ベンダー）を活用し、適切な場（ジョブボードおよび社内パイプライン）に求人情報を掲載する
• 採用マネージャーへの給与提案や、 候補者との交渉、Workdayでのオファープロセスの最終決定および進行
• 採用プロセスを合理化するために、ソーシング、報告、評価基準、フィードバックのために Workday および CRM システムを活用

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 自社の採用業務（新卒、中途いずれかでもOK）
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（読み書き会話）

■歓迎要件：

• 半導体/半導体製造装置業界でのご経験
