Responsibilities

医療機器やライフサイエンス機器を提供する企業にて人事部企画課　制度企画を募集いたします。  ホールディングス人事部企画課に所属し、グループおよびホールディングスでの人事制度企画および経営における機関決定の企画／運用を担当いただきます。 経営（人事部分）に関連するフローの管理、推進、運営もお任せします。  ▼職務内容

• ホールディングスおよび一部グループ会社の制度企画（等級・評価・報酬・制度全般等）
• 人事戦略や、グローバル本社としての人的資本経営に関連した組織横断プロジェクトの遂行・PJTマネジメント
• グループ会社を含む人事全体業務の主導的なサポート（役員報酬・株式報酬設計などを担うC＆B部署の支援など含む）

Requirements

▼必須要件

• 5年以上の人事実務経験（分野は問わないが、複数の人事機能実務を経験していること）
• 英語力中級（特にメールや文書読解のビジネス使用を厭わないことは必須）※TOEIC700～必須
• 背景 / 事情を理解しながら自律的にスピード感を持ってアウトプットを出してきた実績

▼歓迎要件

• 人事制度企画（等級・評価・報酬等） 経験
• 人的資本開示や、役員報酬設計等の経験（未経験でも、ご志向性によっては経験を積みたい方も大歓迎）
• コンサルティング企業におけるコンサルタント経験
