Responsibilities
What You Will Do
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute the business/talent strategies which make growth and innovation.
  • Provide support in creating effective business organization and functions
  • Provide valuable points of views for business leaders in terms of company culture
  • Educate, coach, and partner with Directors/Managers on people management.
  • Provide HR expertise in areas of feedback, Compliance, Policy, Benefit, Communication and Employee relations.
  • Solve any employee related issues with business and demonstrate expertise in labor laws or HR compliance fields.
  • Work with global HR/HRBP teams to create strong HRBP capabilities across Molex and Koch
  • Participate in projects across company as HR.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Motivated to contribute, customer-oriented,
  • Emphasis on teamwork and the ability to work smoothly with the Business,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Solving issue strategically and proactively,
  • Knowledge related to labor law, C&B and employee relations
  • Native Japanese skills,
  • Business level English and above,
What Will Put You Ahead
  • Work experiences in Payroll, C&B or Recruiting
  • Project management approach
