What You Will Do
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute the business/talent strategies which make growth and innovation.
- Provide support in creating effective business organization and functions
- Provide valuable points of views for business leaders in terms of company culture
- Educate, coach, and partner with Directors/Managers on people management.
- Provide HR expertise in areas of feedback, Compliance, Policy, Benefit, Communication and Employee relations.
- Solve any employee related issues with business and demonstrate expertise in labor laws or HR compliance fields.
- Work with global HR/HRBP teams to create strong HRBP capabilities across Molex and Koch
- Participate in projects across company as HR.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Motivated to contribute, customer-oriented,
- Emphasis on teamwork and the ability to work smoothly with the Business,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Solving issue strategically and proactively,
- Knowledge related to labor law, C&B and employee relations
- Native Japanese skills,
- Business level English and above,
- Work experiences in Payroll, C&B or Recruiting
