■Your Job:
HR Business Partner
■What You Will Do:
・Partner with business leaders to develop and execute the business/talent strategies which make growth and innovation.
・Provide support in creating effective business organization and functions
・Provide valuable points of views for business leaders in terms of company culture
・Educate, coach, and partner with Directors/Managers on people management.
・Provide HR expertise in areas of feedback, Compliance, Policy, Benefit, Communication and Employee relations.
・Solve any employee related issues with business and demonstrate expertise in labor laws or HR compliance fields.
・Work with global HR/HRBP teams to create strong HRBP capabilities.
・Participate in projects across company as HR.

■必須要件:
・Motivated to contribute, customer-oriented,
・Emphasis on teamwork and the ability to work smoothly with the Business,
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,

・Knowledge related to labor law, C&B and employee relations
・Native level Japanese skills,
・Business level English and above,
