- セキュリティ関連機器の技術担当として、修理、メンテナンス等アフターサービス及び技術問い合わ
業務内容：
万が一取り扱い製品が故障した場合、お客様から引き取り修理対応。
メーカーへ確認後、修理できる部分（例：修理業務(はんだ付けによる部品交換を含む）はメーカーに送付せず国内の技術担当者（本ポジション）に修理していただきます。
製品を引き取る際にお客様の使用現場に赴いて引き取っていただく場合もございます。
新規に購入していただいたお客様に対して、初回取り扱い方法のレクチャーやその後使用中に不明点があった場合のサポート。
営業とお客様先に同行訪問することもあるため出張も発生します。
担当メーカーへ製品の仕様確認や修理の可否確認を英語で行っていただく場合もあります。
出張：月1~2回程度
機器の不具合確認や添え付けのために営業と同行、または単独で出張の可能性がございます。
現状は平均して月に1回もございませんが、案件によってそれ以上になることもございます。
尚、対応範囲は全国です。
海外への出張はメーカーを訪問してのトレーニングを受けていただく可能性もございます。
