■ダイヤ成膜装置部について
商社としての機能に加え、“装置製造メーカー”として、ダイヤ成膜装置部がダイヤモンド合成用のマイクロ波プラズマCVD装置の開発、設計、部材調達、製造、販売、アフターサービスを行っております。
今では800台以上の同社ダイヤモンド量産装置が、国内外の研究機関・世界中のお客様に活用されています。
また、ダイヤモンド合成技術の総合コンサルティング企業として、合成プロセス開発の支援、お客様のニーズに応える各種ダイヤモンド合成装置の販売支援にも力を入れています。
■ポジションについて
ダイヤモンド成膜装置のフィールドソリューションエンジニアとして装置の据え付け、メンテナンスやトラブル時の対応
装置関連、装置納入時関連の書類整備、作成
装置の改善提案検討
■具体的な業務内容
ダイヤモンド成膜装置のフィールドソリューションエンジニア装置の据え付け、立上げ
トラブル時の対応（発生状況からの原因分析から分解作業、部品交換、ソフト、ログからの解析 等）
装置のメンテナンス、及びメンテナンスプランの作成・提案
装置納入前の仕様書の作成・準備
製造する装置のBOMを仕様構成に併せて作成
マニュアル、作業手順書の作成
装置立上げ時、或いは立上げ後の顧客への操作トレーニングを顧客の理解度に合せて実施
Business Aspect顧客要求の早急な対応と改善立案
現場からの顧客の声の社内フィードバック
