Calibration Service Lab Management:Oversee all activities in the calibration lab including incoming inspection, calibration, testing, documentation, and certifications.

【職務概要】半導体検査装置（CD-SEM）に搭載される以下技術の研究開発をご担当いただきます。電子線検出器（ET 検出器）の開発
レーザ光を用いた光学センシング技術の高度化
社会を支えるプロダクツを検査する装置の開発では、材料・デバイス開発/デジタル技術のスキルに加え、製品全体ならびに設計・製造業務を理解することが重要です。そのため、自らの専門分野に留まることなく、他の研究者や事業部門の設計者と連携し、製品全体を俯瞰した開発が求められます。
【職務詳細】具体的には以下職務をお任せします。光・半導体材料における多様な物理現象の実験・シミュレーション
現象のモデル化による制御技術の確立
生成AIなどデジタル技術を活用した製品への実装
幅広い光学・半導体領域の深い理解と最新デジタル技術を融合し、次世代の検査装置開発に挑んでいただきます。
【働く環境】配属組織（部）は、10～20人程度の研究ユニットが4つあり、研究分野や事業分野に応じて分けられています。年齢層は20代～60代まで幅広く、材料・プロセス分野を中心に多彩な専門家がいます。今回6名程度のチームに配属となる予定です。
働き方は、業務によって多少異なりますが、在宅勤務を含め柔軟に対応しています。会議なども多くの場合はリモートやオンライン併用となります。実験を伴う場合および対面ディスカッションが必要な場合には出社して行います。

Responsibilities: This position provides Project Management leadership & is responsible for end-to-end Product Development projects leading cross functional team with KPI’s as Launch on Time, Budget, Cost & Quality.
Main responsibilities:
Lead multiple medium to high complexity New Product Development projects with end-to-end ownership of projects.
Excellent cross functional leadership ability.

Stakeholder management
Identifies and manages stakeholder expectations. Setting up cadence with stakeholders for smooth execution of projects.
Cost Control: Manage the Project Capital, Expense and Resource Expenditures to stay within budget and ensure that the financial metrics are met.
Economic Analysis: Support alternatives evaluation, variance analysis, cost calculations, etc.
Communications: Develop the Project Communication Plan, lead periodic Management Level Project Reviews, Report Project Progress.
Developing project schedules, resource requirements and budget forecasts. Tracking and reporting on project progress and product cost
Change Management: Perform integrated Change Management Control
Addressing and resolving issues/impediments in project
Leading continuous improvement of existing processes and implementation of new project components.
Monitoring coordination of internal resources with appropriate department, resolving operational issues, and ensuring project implementation on time, on cost, on quality.
Effective project Risk management: create, monitor, and control risk management plans.
