Responsibilities

■ポジションについて
半導体製造装置の導入・保守・技術サポートを担うフィールドサービスエンジニアポジションです。
顧客先のクリーンルーム環境において、装置の設置・立上げ・メンテナンスを担当し、安定稼働の実現を支援いただきます。

■主な業務内容

• 半導体製造装置の設置、立上げ、アップグレード対応
• 装置の保守・メンテナンス業務
• 顧客への技術サポートおよびトラブルシューティング
• 電話、メール、訪問による顧客対応
• 装置ログデータの分析およびレポート作成
• 装置稼働率向上に向けた改善活動
• 評価プロジェクトの管理および推進
• 安全・品質基準に基づく業務遂行

Requirements

■必須

• 関連業界におけるフィールドサービスエンジニア経験5年以上
• ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
• ビジネス初級レベル以上の英語スキル
  • 目安：TOEIC 600点程度
