Responsibilities

フィールドサービスエンジニアとして、日本国内の顧客に対する技術サポートおよび現地対応をお任せします。
装置の設置、保守、トラブルシューティングを通じて安定稼働を支援するとともに、顧客との技術的な窓口として課題解決をリードしていただきます。
また、製品アップグレードの支援や業務改善活動、顧客・社内メンバー向けのトレーニングにも携わり、サービス品質および顧客満足度の向上に貢献していただくポジションです。

■Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients (in Japanese and English) to determine needs and explain complex issues
• Conduct research and site-studies of equipment and processes
• Manage field activities and implement engineering designs, oversee installation of new systems/technology
• Diagnose machinery or construction-problems and resolve malfunctions and crises as they arise
• Oversee repairs and technical improvements, inspect and test materials and machinery for safety
• Ensure proper maintenance of onsite equipment, supervise and direct onsite crew (technicians)
• Support customers through both technical and administrative activities, understanding customer needs and concerns
• Provide a high level of customer service, prepare and submit service reports
• Participate in training of new team members and provide technical direction to the team

Requirements

■必須

• 3年以上のカスタマーサポートまたはフィールドサービス等の技術職経験
• 3Dプリンティング、アディティブマニュファクチャリング、産業機械業界での経験歓迎
• ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
• ビジネス上級レベル以上の英語スキル
• 機械・電気系設備のトラブルシューティング経験
• 基本的なITスキル（Microsoft Office等）

■歓迎

• 機械工学、電気工学、メカトロニクス等の学位
• 産業機械の保守・メンテナンス経験
• 電気回路図および機械図面の読解経験
• CADの利用経験
• Salesforce、Oracle、その他CRM・サービス管理システムの利用経験
