サービス部門およびサービスチーム（3名の従業員）の全タスクと活動のリーダーシップおよび管理をお任せします。
商業的な数値と目標に対する責任を持ち、サービス収益と収益性を向上させるための戦略の策定と実行や
スペアパーツ販売、メンテナンス契約、アップグレードなどのアフターマーケット製品ポートフォリオの積極的な促進をお願いします。

 Customer relationship management and satisfaction are prioritized, understand customer needs for all relevant service topics.

■Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
• Manage inquiries to local partner and suppliers.
• Reporting and cooperating to/with the comoany headquarters and other company affiliates.
• Coordination between the HQs and the customer.
• Optimize processes and efficiency within the service department.

Requirements

• 機械工学、電気工学、またはプロセス工学の学位
• 技術環境におけるサービスリーダーとしての実績（特にプラスチック加工機器やそれに類似する設備が望ましい）
• 自動化システムに関する強い技術的およびプロセス知識
• 技術的および商業的データを理解し、それに基づいた詳細な報告書を作成できる方
• MS Officeプログラムを扱える方
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
