高度な経験を持つフィールドサービスチームをマネジメントし、
複雑な装置およびシステムに対する技術サポート、オンサイトでの据付、トラブルシューティング、サービス、修理を提供していただきます。
ESBのすべての製品および技術の据付およびフィールドサービス修理を管理するポジションです。

■Responsibilities:
  • Directs and coordinates technical and administrative support activities including installation, repair, preventive maintenance and engineering change upgrades to be performed at client sites.
  • Support Sales by providing technical expertise/consultation to drive sales and service revenue.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to the team.
  • Customer focused. Understands their objectives and challenges, capable of managing complex issues and escalations. Work with US Engineering/Quality/Service Marketing team to provide technical service solutions including failure analysis to support customers stable production through communication with customers.
  • Adhere to Global Service procedures and improve operational excellence to increase productivity.
  • Develops and drive initiatives that increase productivity and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Schedules personnel responding to critical situations.
  • Partners with other internal organizations including the global field service management team, sales, product managers, IT, legal and human resources.
  • Support overseas Japanese customers working with the global field service.

Requirements

【必須】
  • 機械/電子/制御工学/理工系など関連分野の学士号または修士号
  • エレクトロニクスおよびパッケージング、もしくは同等業界での20年以上の経験
  • サービス/営業/オペレーション部門におけるチームマネジメント経験10年以上
  • 生産設備のサービスサポートまたはサービスマネジメント経験5年以上
  • ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
  • ビジネスレベル上級以上の英語スキル
