Responsibilities

• 各BU事業戦略と連携しながら、戦略に基づいたESGフレームワークを構築。
• サステナビリティ（ESG）フレームワークのなかで各BUに対して役割と責任、権限、そしてKPIを明確化し、ESGゴールを達成に向けた仕組みの構築とモニタリング実施。
• KPIの達成状況を評価／分析し、課題を特定したうえで対策の検討とBUへの支援。
• IRや広報部門と連携し、サステナビリティに関連した取り組みやその成果について、ステークホルダーとの双方向のコミュニケーションを推進。

Requirements

必須条件：

• サステナビリティ分野での実務経験
• 英語を用いて業務が可能な方
