Responsibilities

当社グループが事業拡大を続ける中、その潜在成長性等を的確に資本市場へメッセージングしていくIRの役割は、益々重要性を増しています。将来を見据え、IR担当者を募集致します。

■具体的な業務：
東証プライム上場企業のIR担当者として、IR業務全般を遂行。
マネジメントクラスとして各PJTを主体的に牽引いただきます。

• IR活動企画
• 投資家面談（国内／海外機関投資家・アナリスト等）
• IR関連ドキュメント（決算開示資料他）の作成
• IR Web対応（日英）
• 開示関連法制度、市場ルールの変更等への適時適切な対応

【変更の範囲：会社の定める業務】

■キャリアパス：

• IR担当としてのキャリア形成だけでなく、将来的に財務の専門家/オールラウンダーを志向する方には、部内ローテーション等にて、経験・スキルを積み上げていく機会を設けることができます。

■働き方：

• 在宅勤務を取り入れています。配属組織やプロジェクト状況によって頻度は異なりますが、会社方針として「在宅勤務3割・出社7割」を掲げております。
• また全社平均残業時間は20～30ｈ程度となります。育児支援制度も整えており、男性の育児休暇取得実績もございます。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 上場企業でのIR、財務、経営企画業務経験者
• 海外機関投資家等と英語によるコミュニケーション経験があり、英語によるIR対応ができること
• PJTを主体的に牽引できる方
