Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 企画フェーズ
  • 現行と改革後の業務を踏まえ、業務部門と将来の受発注/製品物流領域のあるべき姿をビジネス/IT両面の観点で企画立案をお任せします。
  • 業務プロセスと導入するITソリューションを踏まえ、Fit&Gapを行い、ビジネス/IT双方の最適なプロセスの企画をお任せします。
• 開発フェーズ
  • システムのグランドデザインを描き、関連部署と協業しながらQCDを守りきるためにベンダーコントロールを推進いただきます。

Requirements

必須要件：

• システム導入時において、エンドユーザーと業務要件/システム要件の定義したご経験をお持ちの方
• システム導入におけるFit&Gapのご経験をお持ちの方

歓迎要件：

• 大規模プロジェクトのマネジメント経験をお持ちの方
• SAPなどの大規模ERP導入のご経験をお持ちの方
• CRM、販売管理、顧客管理などの業務知識お持ちの方
• ビジネス要件定義などの最上流工程のご経験をお持ちの方
• 営業系システムの刷新プロジェクトのご経験をお持ちの方
• ホスト系からオープン系への移行プロジェクトの経験をお持ちの方

Salary

4.5 - 10 million yen
