Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 請求書支払管理、社員立替経費精算管理
• 売上売掛金管理
• 固定資産管理
• 資金繰り
• 月次/四半期/年次決算の取り纏め
• 税務申告、会計監査、税務調査対応
• その他、アドホックでのレポーティング
• プロジェクト遂行
• 以上の一部または全ての業務のマネージャーとしての職務

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Over 10 years of experience in some or all of the above duties at a mid-sized company (500-700 employees), preferably in the retail industry
• At least 5 years of recent experience in team management
• Experience in process improvement or system implementation
• Strategic thinking and decision-making ability
• Team leadership and management skills (experience managing a team of 2-3 subordinates)
• Risk management and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills for working effectively with stakeholders (other teams, departments, auditors, etc.)
• A flexible mindset for adapting to change
• English proficiency (ability to communicate with the finance department at the overseas headquarters)
