Main responsibilities:

Responsibilities: SoC／MCUのハードウェア開発において、コンセプト設計から量産までのプロジェクトマネジメントを担当いただきます。プロジェクトのライフサイクル全体を通して、以下の業務を遂行していただきます。※従事すべき業務の変更の範囲については、選考時に詳細をお伝えいたします。R&D開発におけるプロジェクトの計画立案、スケジュール・コスト管理の実施
部門間の連携におけるギャップを解消し、業務の円滑な引き継ぎを推進
粗利改善に向けた課題やチャンスを特定し、改善提案を実施
他のプロジェクトマネージャーとの間で、ベストプラクティスの共有と活用を推進
SoCハードウェアプロジェクトをコンセプト段階から量産までリードし、納期と品質の確保
設計、検証、ソフトウェア、製造など関連部門と連携し、プロジェクトのスコープ・目標・成果物を明確化
詳細なプロジェクト計画、スケジュール、予算を策定し、各マイルストーンに対する進捗を管理
プロジェクト進行中に発生する課題への対応及び、リスクの特定とその軽減策の実行
経営層や顧客等のステークホルダーに対し、プロジェクト状況・課題・対応方針を定期的に報告
