Responsibilities

同社グループのポイントカードなどのサービスに関する業務です。ポイントカードの基幹システムからユーザ向けのiPhone／Android向けアプリケーションまで幅広く企画、 開発および保守などシステムに関する事は一から全て携わるものです。様々なバックグラウンドを持った人が同じ課で活動しているため、 様々な刺激を受けたり成長する事ができ、スピーディーに仕事を進める事ができます。この分野は、Fintechの一部として世界的に注目を浴びており、サービスの拡大だけではなく、新しいサービスを次々と提供する事ができます。

Requirements

必須条件:

• オープン系システムのシステム開発に従事した経験（3年以上）
• 優れた折衝・コミュニケーションスキル
• 新しいサービスや技術に対する好奇心、チャレンジ精神
• アルゴリズムをある程度理解できる方
• オープン系システムの要件定義・設計等の資料作成経験がある方

• 開発プロジェクトのプロジェクト管理経験
• 日本の商習慣を持つ企業に対する上流工程でのIT経験
• ミッション・クリティカルなシステムの開発・運用保守経験
• ポイントに関する知識
