- リテール部門のラーニングマネージャーとして、店舗における顧客体験向上のためのトレーニングやその他プログラムの立案、実行を担当いただきます。同ブランドには現在トレーナーは在籍しておらず、トレーニング部門を立ち上げていただける方を募集いたします。日本初のリテールラーニングメンバーとして、本国アメリカとの連携やマネージャーへのレポートなども行っていただきます。職務詳細:

学習教材などの新規開発、ローカライズ
入社時および新店舗オープン時のトレーニングの実施（コンテンツ作成、プログラム開発など）
販売スキルなどのスキルセットトレーニングのプログラム管理
CRM/テクノロジー・ツールのトレーニングやモジュールの開発、実施
リテールネットワークやバイイングチームとの連携
リテールリーダーシップワークショップなどの新しいトレーニングトピックの探求、実行
(3)アセスメントと評価アセスメントや調査を通じてL&Dプログラムの効果を測定・分析し、理解度やトレーニング効果を高める方法を提案する。
