- 【グローバル資金調達／為替ヘッジ／海外子会社連携／銀行折衝／多文化環境／英語活用／自走力歓迎／財務スペシャリスト志向／柔軟な働き方】同社の資金調達と為替業務を担うフロントチームで、グローバル案件に携わるポジションです。海外子会社や邦銀・外銀との調整を通じて財務の専門性を磨ける環境で、自ら動き成果につなげたい方に適しています。
■業務内容当チームは、同社グローバルの資金調達活動を担う中核組織です。
まず国内外の資金調達計画を作成し、銀行借入やCP、国内外での社債発行など多様な手段を用いて調達実務を担当します。
邦銀・外銀とのリレーション構築も重要で、金利動向の確認や条件交渉など日々のやり取りが発生します。
さらに、アメリカ、カナダ、メキシコ、中国、オーストラリア、タイ、インドを中心とした海外子会社へも関与し、資金調達条件の妥当性を確認しながら、現地スタッフと英語で連携して実行を支援します。
同時にグローバル為替ヘッジ戦略を策定し、同社としての為替ヘッジ取引やスポット取引を行います。月次・四半期レポートも担当し、財務状況の整理と共有を行う役割があります。
多様な関係者と並行して案件を進めるため、主体的に動き、状況を整理しながら必要な調整を行う力が求められます。
