- Main responsibilities:
Makes sustainability data reports ready in compliant to all countries’ regulation such as EPR, LCA, Environment data.
Supervise process standardization for sustainability data management
Gather, review, document as-is business processes for HQ and all regions in scope
Design new to-be processes referring to best practice
Compare as-is and best practice, identify gaps and related business needs (such as local regulation), while recommending improvements and workarounds towards best practice
Get approvals to finalize the new to-be standard processes from GBPL and BTC, while driving buy-in from end-users to adopt the new to-be processes
Facilitate change management and lead subject matter experts to increase end-user satisfaction levels and business productivity using process improvement methodology and tools
Plan, Track, analyze and report progress to associated GBPL (reporting line)
Quantify, document and monitor benefits of process improvements
Support planning, coordination and execution of conference room pilots and other related workshops involving IT and end-users
