ビジネスの経営戦略に対しての人事面からのサポート：HRBP の顧客はビジネスリーダーです。人事の観点からビジネスの成長をサポートするために、リーダー層との密なコミュニケーションをおこない信頼を得たうえで、人事戦略を立案、実行しリーダー達のゴール達成をサポートします。
人事戦略の立案、実行、完了：それぞれの企業の経営戦略に沿って目標設定をするために人事戦略を立案することはとても重要です。人材開発・組織開発を推し進めることや、人事制度の調整や改革によって経営戦略をサポートする役回りを担います。
現場の情報収集：現場からの意見や声を聞かないまま人事戦略を進めても無意味なものです。目標達成をするためには、しっかりと現場の声、意見や情報を聞き入れ、事業責任者に伝達することも大切な仕事のひとつです。情報収集を行ったうえで、組織戦略・経営戦略のパートナーとして上手く橋渡しを行います。
