  新規開発改修案件の要件定義・テスト：
  ユーザーからの要望を把握し、開発要件を定義し、グロバール開発チームへ説明、ユーザーと開発チームと連携して導入サポート
  また、自ら業務改善およびシステム改修提案を行い導入サポートおよびチェンジマネージメント
