    Responsibilities
    インパクト評価:
    インパクト投資では、リスク・リターン・インパクトの3軸で投資判断を行いますが、IB 開発室は主としてインパクト評価を担当します。営業部等と連携し、投資候補先との面談等を通じてインパクトポテンシャルを把握し、レポートにまとめ、投資判断の材料とします。また、投資実行後は、インパクトの創出状況を定期的にモニタリングし、投資先とのエンゲージメントを通じて課題の抽出、解決策の提案等の支援を行います。

    コンサルティング:
    インパクト評価の導入を検討される地域金融機関や AM 会社に対し、インパクト測定・マネジメント(IMM)手法の実装を支援します。

    ビジネス開発:
    営業部リレーションシップマネジャー(RM)の営業活動に同行し、インパクトを起点としたビジネス機会の創出や投資先のソーシング活動を行います。

    インパクト評価の普及活動/情報収集等:
    インパクト評価に関する社内外の勉強会を企画・実施する等、普及活動を行います。また、外部団体主催の研究会やセミナーに参加し、同社プレゼンスの向上を図るとともに、最新動向等の情報収集を行い、当社インパクト評価のレベルアップを図ります。
