Responsibilities

• グループ機能の分離を推進し、「置換」シナリオに基づくHR ITシステムの拡張を管理することで、Day1の円滑な運用開始を実現します。
• Oracle HRシステムの移行プロセスを主導し、業務への影響を最小限に抑えつつシームレスな移行を確保します。
• Oracleシステムと他業務アプリケーションの統合を実施し、運用の一貫性と効率性を維持します。
• 部門横断チームと緊密に連携し、拡張性・コンプライアンス・運用効率を備えたHR ITソリューションを設計・構築します。
• 組織目標との整合性を確認し、現行HR IT環境の分析を通じて改善施策を実施します。
• データ移行とシステム統合をリードし、HRデータの正確性・セキュリティ・アクセシビリティを保証します。
• Day1運用開始前にHR ITシステムが規制要件と組織ポリシーに完全準拠していることを検証します。
• プロジェクトリスクと課題を迅速に解決し、進捗状況をステークホルダーに適切に報告します。
• 組織のHR変革を支える革新的ソリューションを提供し、関係者間の協働を促進します。

Requirements

• Oracle HRシステムの移行・統合専門分野における5年以上の実務経験
• 「置換」シナリオ管理によるDay1準備実績
• HRプロセス/データ移行/システム統合の専門知識
• 部門横断チーム統括とスケーラブル・コンプライアンス対応HR ITソリューション提供実績
• 規制遵守/プロジェクト管理/最新HR ITツールへの精通
