Responsibilities

同社の国内・海外チームと連携しながら、インフラサービスの運用管理、クラウドソリューションのサポートを通じて、グループ内の業務効率改善を支援します。

• インフラサービス運用管理とソリューション支援
• クラウドサービスの運用サポート、利用促進（Azure、AWS、GCP）
• 生成AIツールのサポート
• コスト最適化とセキュリティ強化の実施
• 障害対応、インシデント防止、監視強化
• 他部門との相談対応、グローバルチームへのエスカレーション

Requirements

必須条件:

• 3～5年以上のITインフラ運用経験
• Microsoft Azureなどクラウド環境の構築・管理スキル（IaaS+PaaS）
• Windows Serverおよびネットワーク（TCP/IP）の基礎知識
• 英語での業務遂行能力（資料読解、メール、チャット）
• 日本語での文書作成能力（マニュアル作成等）
