Responsibilities

自動車電装部品(コネクタ)のOperation management業務。Assembly 若しくはStamping Areaの責任者

• 担当エリアの製造現場のOperation management業務。自部門におけるヒト・モノ・カネ全ての管理に加え、SCM,Procurement, Finance等の関連部門との交渉・協業により最適な生産高・生産効率・高品質維持を目指す
• 担当エリアを主に安全な職場を維持・向上する活動を日々推進・実現していく
• 工場幹部団の一員として、様々な工場改善活動に指導的立場として参画し、工場全体のパフォーマンスに対して高度な責任を果たす
• 短期・中期・長期の生産計画、組織構築・運営の計画立案及び実行
• 業務改善活動の推進、 部内の目標設定、評価、定期面談
• 後継者育成、人材育成
• 海外含めた他部署との交流、折衝

Requirements

必須条件:

• 製造現場20名以上(50名以上は歓迎)マネージメント経験5年以上
• 製造現場における安全管理の知識及び実行経験
• 日本語：ビジネスレベル（ビジネス・技術対話および資料作成が可能なこと）
• 英語：中級程度（英語でのコミュニケーションができる方歓迎）及びTOEIC(R)テスト600点以上
• PCスキル（Microsoft Office〔EXCEL、Word、Power Point〕必須）
