- BizOps本部は「Ops企画・推進グループ」と「事業企画部」の2チーム体制で、今回募集するポジションは既存事業のグロースを推進する事業企画部での採用です。同社では、SaaSに加えて自社開発のIoT製品も展開しており、短サイクルで新機能がリリースされるため、多様な機能をどの市場・顧客にどう届けるかを戦略的に設計・実行するフェーズにあります。本ポジションでは、ウェルネス産業の複数セグメントをリサーチし、業務×プロダクトのフィット&ギャップを明らかにしながら、カスタマープロブレムフィット〜プロダクトマーケットフィットの実現を、営業・CS・PdM・経営陣と連携して推進いただきます。また、Go to Market戦略の策定にとどまらず、営業資料の作成やプロダクト改善のフィードバックまで踏み込んで担当していただく、実行力重視のポジションです。※社長室・新規事業開発とは異なり、既存事業の拡張（例：既存機能×新業種、新機能×既存業種）に軸足を置いた事業企画を担っていただきます。
業務内容：

プロダクトマーケットフィットの実現に向けたロードマップの設計・推進
プロダクトのGo to Marketプランを策定・実行
営業戦略の立案〜支援
複数の部門を横断するプロジェクトの調整・推進を行い、関係者間の合意形成を図りながら、事業成長に向けた施策推進
