■業務内容：
≪Admin業務≫
Monthly Tasks：
社長のゲストアポイントメントや社内ミーティングのコーディネート
オフィスの訪問者に事前にQRコードパスを送る
オフィスの受付係を通じ、ゲストや出席者のための準備を手配する
チーム会議のITサポートを要請する
支払いと予約の管理（COUPAを使用した取引先への発注と支払い処理）
社長や来客のタクシーやレストランを予約する

Tasks Every 2–3 Months (1–2 Times):
宿泊とギフトの手配
日本にいらっしゃた社長とお客様のためのホテル予約
取引先への贈答品の準備と送付（例：会議、昼食、夕食会など）
ギフトや寄付品を梱包し、宅配する

Occasional Tasks (Few Times a Year):
消耗品、事務用文房具などの注文
会長室へのギフト商品（香水、ネクタイなど）の注文
社長のための F&BP スタッフセール品の注文

Special Period:
お中元・お歳暮のお礼状を送る（年2回）
社長に代わって取引先にクリスマスカードを作成、送付（11月中旬～12月中旬）
