Responsibilities

An assignment may include some or all of the following activities.Main responsibilities:

• Surveying and developing candidates for floating solar power proposals (new development/follow-up with existing customers)
• Project planning and composition including financial planning
• Preparation and application of various contracts and project-related documents/progress and operation management
• Researching, preparing and submitting bidding documents and negotiating

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Any of the following experiences
  • Experience in developing solar power plant projects
  • Experience in purchasing land for large-scale condominiums, commercial facilities, and logistics facilities
  • Experience as a consultant on large-scale land utilization
• High school, vocational school, junior college, technical college, university, graduate school
