Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 顧客不具合対応（不具合解析の管理、指示、報告書修正や一部作成、顧客説明、補足説明資料の作成、解決方法の提案など、関係者の協力を仰ぎ主体的に問題を解決していく）
• PCN対応（変更内容の説明、DRBFMなど対応し、変更の承認を得る）
• 顧客監査対応（監査準備、同行、会議の主導、実施後のフォロー）
• その他の品質問題対応（品質関連依頼、問い合わせ、品質会議の対応など）

Requirements

必須要件：

• 半導体業界で品質または技術担当の経験（3年以上、車載向け経験尚可）
• 半導体の製造プロセスや解析方法に関する基本的な知識
• 顧客要求を正確に把握し、問題解決に向け、顧客及び本体と建設的な折衝ができるコミュニケーション力
• 日欧の文化的な違いを理解しながら、組織人として、業務を遂行する力
