Improvement and Maintenance of Factory Production Activities: Create production conditions and provide handling instructions for production equipment. Develop new production methods and new materials.
Technical Guidance to Partner Companies: Provide production technology support to suppliers of processed parts based on requests from partner companies.
Support for Sales Activities: Respond to customer visits and process audits for process improvement activities and cost reduction activities requested by clients.
Management of Capital Investment/Fixed Assets: Create CER plans for capital investments and manage the assets of the introduced machinery and equipment.
Work Improvement: Identify issues in work, determine the root cause, collaborate with related departments to plan and implement improvement measures, and improve work processes.
Progress Management: Attend key meetings related to work, deepen understanding of management strategies/department plans, convey necessary instructions to subordinates, verify progress and effectiveness, and provide appropriate advice.
Building Relationships: Communicate closely with key customers, related internal departments, and intercompany entities to support the smooth promotion of daily work.
Human Resource Development: Recognize one's role within the organization, provide timely and appropriate advice to subordinates, and develop personnel within the department to ensure the long-term continuous development of the company and department.
Promotion of Global SDGs Activities: Promote activities aimed at achieving CO2 reduction targets in line with global SDGs efforts. Respond appropriately to SDGs-related requests from customers.
Global Communication and Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with global overseas bases while advancing work.
製品の製造に関わるライン、設備、型、治工具の計画/設計/導入に関連する業務を担い、安定的かつ円滑な生産活動に寄与する。プロセスの維持・改善、及びコスト削減を実現すべく、人員やリソースの管理を行い、高レベルの顧客満足に貢献する。工場内施設、及びUtilityの維持管理業務を担い、工場の安定的な運営を確保する。
業務内容：
生産設備の設計/導入/構築：新製品がリリースされる都度、上長の承認を得て、生産課、品質保証課、生産管理課、購買課などと連携を取りながら、原価低減・品質向上に関わる全ての生産ライン/設備の構築、改造、変更を行う。
工場生産活動の改善と維持：生産条件を作成し、生産設備の取り扱い指導を行う。また新工法および新材料を開発する。
協力企業への技術指導：協力企業からの要請に基づき、加工部品の購入先に対して生産技術サポートを提供する。
営業活動のサポート：客先からの工程改善活動の要請時、または工程監査及び原価低減活動のため、顧客による工場訪問および工程監査への対応を行う。
設備投資/固定資産の管理：設備投資のCERプランを作成し、導入した機械設備の資産管理を行う。
業務改善：業務における問題点を抽出し、その真因を特定する。また関連部門との連携を図り、改善策を立案・実施し、業務改善を図る。
進捗管理：業務に関連する主要な会議に出席し、経営戦略/部門計画に対する理解を深め、必要な指示を部下に伝え、その進捗と効果を検証し、適切なアドバイスを提供する。
関係構築：主要顧客、社内関連部署、インターカンパニーなどと密にコミュニケーションを取り、日常業務の円滑な推進を支援する。
人材育成：組織における自らの役割を自覚し、部下に適時・適切なアドバイスを提供し、長期的に会社、及び部門が継続的に発展できるよう部門内の人材を育成する。
グローバルSDGｓ活動に準じCO2削減目標に向けた活動を推進してゆく。顧客からのSDGｓ関連要請に適宜対応する。
グローバル海外拠点とコミュニケーションを取りながら連携して業務を進めてゆく。
