Responsibilities

高崎工場では事業成長に伴い、自社のエンジニアリング組織を立ち上げ、人員強化を行っています。
そこで【Plant Engineer Director】として以下の業務をお任せします。

＜エンジニアリング＞

• 新規設備導入、改造：製造設備の新設および既存設備の増設や改造に関するプロジェクトマネジメント（計画立案、基本設計、工事管理、適格性評価）

＜メンテナンス＞

• プロセス設備の保全業務
• TBM(Time Based Maintenance)の見直し

＜共通＞

• エンジニアリングに関するGMP業務：変更管理、設備適格性評価、キャリブレーション、保全手順作成・維持、計画・報告
• その他：設備関連逸脱の再発防止策検討、業務委託先（グループエンジニアリング会社）との連携・マネジメント
• メンバー及びチームのマネジメント・組織目標の達成及びメンバーの評価・育成

※初任地（高崎工場）での業務経験を積んだ後、他事業場への転勤の可能性あり。

Requirements

■必須
学歴が大卒以上、かつ、１～5のすべてに該当すること

製薬業界の経験（GMPに関する基本知識を有する）

組織のマネジメント経験

プロジェクトマネジメント経験

メンテナンス運営経験

製造設備エンジニア経験（工場建設含む）

■尚可

• P&IDや配置/配管図、計装/電気図面等を読む能力
• GMPに関する基本知識
