Responsibilities

• TEOAマネージャーとして、掛川工場における生産性およびオペレーションパフォーマンスの向上を担います。
• 現場に根差した業務改善活動を軸に、安全・品質・納期・コスト・生産性の観点から工場全体を俯瞰し、改善テーマの設定から実行、定着までをリードするポジションです。
• 掛川工場長のパートナーとして改善の優先順位付けを支援し、VSMリーダーと密接に連携しながら、現場主導の継続的改善を推進します。また、海外マネジメントとも連携し、高い期待値の中でプロフェッショナルとして成果を出す役割を担います。
• 掛川工場における生産性・効率・安定稼働向上を目的とした改善活動の企画および推進
• データ分析および現地現物に基づく課題の特定、構造化問題解決のリード
• 掛川工場長のパートナーとして、工場全体の改善テーマおよび優先順位付けを支援
• VSMリーダーと連携した改善テーマの設定、実行、進捗管理および定着支援
• Leanや継続的改善手法を活用した現場主導の改善活動の推進
• KPIの設計、可視化、定例レビュー運営の支援
• マネージャーおよび現場メンバーへの改善に関するコーチング
• 海外マネジメントとの連携およびグローバルな要求事項への対応

Requirements

• 工学、オペレーション等の学士号（修士号尚可）
• 製造業における業務改善・オペレーショナルエクセレンス領域での8年以上の経験
• 工場現場での改善推進および現場リーダーとの協業経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（海外の上司・関係者との日常的な業務コミュニケーションが可能）
