Responsibilities

半導体製造工程の中でフォトリソグラフィ工程のプロセスエンジニアをお任せします。※フォトリソグラフィ工程とは写真の現像技術を応用し、光（主に紫外線）を使って半導体ウェハーなどの基板上に微細な回路パターンを転写する技術です。

フォトリソグラフィ工程の改良・改善

フォトリソグラフィ工程、生産コストを削減

プロジェクトの管理

フォトリソグラフィ工程の半導体装置のプロセスパラメータを設定

新規設備／資材の評価、導入促進及び計画立案。

Requirements

必須条件:下記いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方

• 半導体プロセス開発に関する業務経験
• プロセスインテグレーションに関する実務経験

※前工程、後工程、実装工程などの経験工程は問わない
