Responsibilities

私たちは、情熱的で、成長志向があり、協調性のあるテクニカルサービススペシャリストを募集しています。埼玉に拠点を置く施設エンジニアリングまたは生産エンジニアリングチームの一員として、技術サービスの提供やプロジェクト推進を担っていただきます。小規模チームのリーダーとして業務をリードし、GMPおよび技術文書の作成・改訂も行います。
業務内容：

• OPEXおよびCAPEXプロジェクトの計画と実行
• 施設・設備の保守、更新、改修業務
• GMPおよび技術文書の作成・改訂・維持
• GxP基準および関連法規の遵守
• 社内外ステークホルダーとの関係構築と協業
• 技術力の継続的な向上と拡張

Requirements

必須要件：

• 学士号取得者
• 製薬業界での施設・設備エンジニアリング経験（3年以上）
• GMP文書の作成経験
• 日本語での十分なビジネスコミュニケーション能力
• 問題解決力とクリティカルシンキング能力
• チーム戦略を理解し行動に反映できる力
• 人を動かし、活力を与えるリーダーシップ
• 成果への強い情熱と成長志向
