カスタマーサポート課の課長として、全世界のお客様からの製品問合せ、Webサイトの管理業務のマネージメントを担っていただくポジションです。
■業務内容：
・カスタマーサポート課のマネジメント
お客様からの問い合わせに円滑に対応できるよう、カスタマーサポート課の業務をマネージメントいただきます。対応の遅延や問題が生じた場合には、課内および関係部門（社内、海外現地法人や代理店、外部業務委託先）と調整を行い、問題解決や改善を図ります。
・WEB掲載内容の管理
FAQなどの有益な情報をウェブ上に掲載し、お客様に自己解決の方法を提案します。
・年間活動目標の管理上記業務の強化や改善を図るため、課の年間活動目標を設定し、課員の支援を行いながら進捗を管理します。また、関係部門（社内、海外現地法人）とも協力して取り組みます。
・管理業務予算管理、労務管理、人材育成など、課の管理業務全般をご担当いただきます。
■働き方：
・コアタイム有フレックス制
・少ない残業時間（平均所定労働時間：155時間/月）
・在宅勤務制度あり
■部門業務の特徴：
同課では、お客様または現地法人の担当者からエスカレーションされた問い合わせに対応しています。
やり取りにはオンラインツールを利用し、電話などで直接対応することはありません。
問い合わせの約9割は海外からのもので、対応はほとんど英語で行われており、英語力を活かしていただくことが可能です。
日々の問い合わせ対応を行いながら、ウェブに掲載する情報の作成や、見やすさ、検索性の向上にも取り組んでいます。
そして、担当するメンバーの多くはDJの経験があります！

• Work with Operation Manager & SCM(Supply Chain Management) and assist the business
• Support business growth including customer & supplier communication and logistics arrangement for business including import/export procedure and its documentation, stock, domestic distribution
• Support Sales reps. for sample arrangement and documentation
• Assist Business Unit Manager and Account Manager(s) for data management/creation, documentation including presentation slides and English-Japanese translation
• Internal communication in English & Japanese
