ヒューマンキャピタル統括部タレントマネジメント/L&D領域のマネジャーとして、全社および各事業部のケイパビリティ向上に向けた戦略立案から実行までを担います。
自らこれらの業務にハンズオンで携わっていただきつつ、当該領域のリードをお任せします。
■具体的な業務内容
L&D戦略の立案と実行経営戦略に基づき、AsIs（現状）とToBe（3〜5年後）のスキル・コンピテンシーギャップの分析
メドレーの活躍人材を継続的に輩出するための人材開発ロードマップの策定・経営陣との合意形成・予算獲得

研修プログラムの企画・設計・開発マネジメント育成：属人的になりがちなマネジメントスキルを標準化するための階層別研修体系の構築
オンボーディング強化：「ドキュメントドリブン」など当社独自のカルチャーや仕事の進め方を早期に習得し、入社後の立ち上がり期間を短縮するプログラムの開発
その他次世代リーダー育成、ハイポテンシャル人材へのコーチング/アセスメント導入など

L&Dオペレーション基盤とテクノロジーの活用LMS（学習管理システム）やLXP（学習体験プラットフォーム）の選定・導入・運用設計
生成AIを活用した、高品質かつローコストなコンテンツ制作体制の構築
研修運営における業務フローや標準フォーマットの整備
