Responsibilities: Nature and aim of the position
This is an accounting position in the team. This position reports to the Accounting Manager in Tokyo. He or she is required to quickly proceed and complete numerous manual accounting work with standard tools including Excel.
Main duties and responsibilities
Ongoing tasksControl the Shops and Merchants master data including setting up of new Shops and new Merchants registration.
Manage the reliability and validity of accounting data in the system including refunding system and sales invoicing system before generation of sales invoices and merchant commission reports to the merchants.
Create and send invoices to merchants and answer any inquiries from merchants.
Follow-up on outstanding receivable and overpaid cases.
Concentrate all of the billing processes into Finance, and make the entire billing processes efficient and/or automated.

T&E report operations and cash reimbursements.

Responsible for payments for vendor invoices.

TreasuryResponsible for weekly cash flow submission to Treasury.
Fund management Dividend/IC loan to group for excess cash resolution.
Settlements via group netting including internal GB invoices.

OtherEnsure compliance with internal control procedures and internal audit review follow up.

■ポジションについて
半導体製造顧客に向けた高度なプロセス最適化および統合を推進する技術的リーダーの役割をお任せします。
このポジションは、主要顧客との戦略的なエンゲージメントを形作る上で重要な役割を果たすとともに、次世代のエンジニアリング人材を育成・指導していくという点でも非常に重要です。
■Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of advanced thin-film deposition process solutions.
Act as the technical lead for complex customer projects, ensuring timely delivery and high satisfaction.
Own external field escalations and quality investigations, documenting and publishing lessons learned internally and externally.
Analyze complex data sets to develop actionable plans and ensure successful outcomes.
Maintain scorecards for owned applications, identify gaps, and drive closure plans to completion.
Independently manage process and hardware development, device integration, CIP, and troubleshooting to meet product specifications.
Understand customer integration strategies across multiple applications and identify new business opportunities for the company.
Collaborate with senior engineers and customers to align on technology roadmaps, process flows, and strategic inflection points.
Proactively resolve technical issues and develop solutions that enhance the company’s market position.
Partner with customers to define process and integration requirements.
Generate and present technical documentation, reports, and presentations to customer leadership and internal business units.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.

Senior Finance Manager

Help deliver excellence to customers and colleagues

Company overview: Our client is an independent IT services firm operating in 70+ countries, delivering consulting and digital solutions.
Responsibilities: Main responsibilities:
Provides in-depth financial analysis and recommendations to Division and Group Management regarding the relationship between information and management decision making and business objectives.
Responsible for the analysis of historical revenues, expense, and cash flow data.
Directs the organization and performance of certain functional areas and the activities of senior managers.
Provides staff direction with an understanding and following of established company policies and procedures.
Directs business function including, approval of overall project plan, budgets, and work breakdown structure.
Supporting the Regional GM to drive growth in business and financial performance, including Contract Revenue, Annual Book Revenue, Revenue, Account Operating Profit and Region Operating Profit.
Working with the Deliver leader, Supply Chain and the ANZ management team to drive and achieve cost targets in line with revenue trends.
Manage and drive improvement in working capital (FCF) including but not limited to DSO, DPO, Cash collections, and Capex.
Act as an approver on the commercial construct of deals to maximise revenue, profitability and cashflow on deals.
Drive risk mitigation plans on troubled contracts and/or accounts to manage financial impact to the business.
Working with the controller and the shared services team to drive process improvements and ensure internal controls environment is strong and robust whilst supporting business growth.
Provide business insights on controllership, accounting and tax matters to ensure statutory compliance.
Lead and drive a high performing matrix reporting organisation, at optimal cost structure.
Support APAC CFO to roll out, for your sub region, corporate strategic initiatives in line with the long term direction of the organisation. These initiatives include but are not limited to transformation of the finance organisation, finance processes and IT roadmap.
