  ■ポジションについて
  Data Platform本部のQAエンジニアとして、AIデータプラットフォームのコア基盤のQA戦略策定や実行のリードを担っていただきます。
  ■具体的な業務内容
  プロダクトビジョン・事業戦略・組織状況を踏まえたあるべき品質の定義
  ミッション達成のためのQA体制や仕組みの構築（QAメンバーの育成や採用含む）
  テスト戦略の策定、テスト計画・設計・実行のリード
  プロダクト仕様の品質観点でのレビューや改善提案
  ソフトウェアデリバリープロセス全体で自動テストと手動テストの継続的なテスト推進
  その他、品質に関する課題提起や施策の企画・推進
  
  ■開発環境

  Data Platform本部への配属を想定しています。コア基盤開発チームは現在、マネージャー含めて2チーム10名程度です。
  Data Platform本部には他に、データ解析、解析基盤の開発、新領域の探索、Agent基盤の開発など、複数のチームが所属しており、互いに連携しています。
