■ポジションについて
事業目標と市場ニーズの把握から、開発案件の要件定義を行い、価値あるプロダクトの創造を牽引いただきます。
短期では質問箱としてのSNSの拡大をミッションとし、決済・ポイント機能やモデレーションの改善なども含めて主導いただきます。
■業務内容
事業KPI達成のためのプロダクトOKRやEpicの策定
市場調査、競合分析、ユーザーニーズ評価を行い、モバイルとウェブプラットフォームの構想設計
グローバルプラットフォームとしてのCustomer Journey Map、ユーザーストーリー、Wireframeの定義
開発チームと高速なPDCAの実行
日本と米国のエンジニア、デザイン、マーケティング、事業開発チームと効率的な連携

■職務内容
ビジュアル表現を伴う、広告・動画・ブローシャ―・パブリケーション・プレゼン資料などのコミュニケーションマテリアルに関し、依頼者／部門の要望を正しく汲み取った上で制作物のコンセプトを明確化し、制作ベンダーに対するディレクションを行うことで、コンテンツの品質向上に貢献します。
組織内で作られたコミュニケーションマテリアルなどのデザインレビューと案件オーナーへのフィードバック、社内・社外（ベンダー）への研修の実施、イントラネットの整備等を通じて組織内におけるVisual Identityの理解促進と順守徹底に貢献します。
Visual Identityに関する問い合わせに対して的確なアドバイスを行います。
適切なビジュアル表現や、リスクを検知するため、PwCの戦略・経営体制・オファリング、外的ビジネス環境、ファームのポリシー・ガイドラインに対する理解を継続的に深めることが求められます。
ステークホルダーとの良好な信頼関係を構築し、的確・適切なコミュニケーションを行い、組織のケイパビリティ向上に貢献します。
