■働く環境

Responsibilities: グローバルに食品卸売事業を展開する当社グループにおいて連結決算・開示を統括する部門として、企業買収に伴う新規グループイン会社対応、新規事象・取引の発生、開示要件の拡充等に伴い業務負荷が増大していく中で、海外子会社を中心とするグループ会社の計数管理、ビジネスサイドとの連携、経理業務プロセスの改善、新規買収会社のPMIサポート、連結決算精度向上に向けて業務をリードしていただく事を想定しております。また、近年グローバルでのM&A、JV立ち上げ等も加速しています。
業務内容：

■ポジションについて
開発プロジェクトにおける弱電設備およびネットワークシステムの設計・計画から、施工監理に至るまでの一連のプロセスを担当します。
建築家、エンジニア、施工業者、その他ステークホルダーと密に連携し、プロジェクトが期限内・予算内で、かつ要求される品質基準を満たして完了できるよう管理いただきます。
■主な職務内容
設計・建設担当SVPをサポートし、大阪における統合型リゾートの設計および実装の推進
同社各ブランドの設計・建設・FFE要件の理解、プロジェクトのスコープが適切に実行されるよう監督・管理
建築家およびデザインコンサルタントから提出される図面・計画をレビューし、所定のスペース要件への適合性を確認するとともに、必要な指示を行う
プロジェクトについて、各設計・施工フェーズにおけるレポーティングを行い、全体として設計・計画上の期待値および承認済み予算への整合性が確保されていることを担保する
現場への頻繁な訪問および現地でのコーディネーションミーティングを実施
ホテル、ゲーミング、小売、ウェルネス、F&B、MICE、エンターテインメントなど、プロジェクトの全オペレーションワーキンググループに属する同社および開発パートナー側のステークホルダーと調整し、すべての運営・技術要件が設計に反映され、施工現場で適切に実装されるようにする

建築家、エンジニア、施工業者、その他ステークホルダーと密に連携し、

プロジェクトチームの統括、スケジュール管理、プロジェクト計画に沿った遂行の管理をお任せします。
■具体的な業務内容
建築プロジェクトの設計および建設の管理
プロジェクトのあらゆる側面が、期限内・予算内で、かつ要求される品質基準を満たして完了するよう管理する
建築家、エンジニア、施工業者、その他ステークホルダーと密に連携し、プロジェクトの設計が実現可能で、コスト効率が高く、要求される品質基準を満たしていることを確認
プロジェクト予算をモニタリングし、すべての支出を追跡・管理し、承認された予算内に収まるようにする
建築家、エンジニア、施工業者、その他ステークホルダーからなるプロジェクトチームをマネジメント
チームメンバーが効果的かつ効率的に業務を遂行していることを確認
顧客、建築家、エンジニア、施工業者、その他ステークホルダーを含む関係者と定期的にコミュニケーションを行い、すべてのプロジェクト要件が満たされていることを確認
プロジェクト関連のドキュメントが正確・最新であり、プロジェクト要件に従って整理されていることを確認
プロジェクトリスクマネジメント戦略を策定・実行し、潜在的なリスクをタイムリーに特定・評価・管理
すべてのプロジェクト業務が、関連する法令、規制、および建築基準に従って実施されるようにする

■働く環境
勤務地は主にオフィスとなりますが、プロジェクトの進行状況に応じて、建設現場やその他プロジェクト関連のロケーションに赴いていただくことがあります。
プロジェクトの納期・進行状況によっては、月末や繁忙期などに、夜間・休日対応をお願いする場合があります。
※無理な働き方とならないよう、チーム内での業務分担・スケジュール調整を行いながら進めていきます。
