Lead and manage the Engineering teams (Project management, System, Hardware, Software, Mechanical, New Product, and Cyber security & Functional safety) .
Collaborate with the General Manager and the HR team to oversee the entire engineering organization in Japan (program management, mechanical, electrical, software, systems).
Develop and implement technical strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Work closely with senior management in Japan and headquarters to establish efficient and effective business processes.
