■Key Responsibilities
Governance & Project ControlsEstablish and maintain PMO governance frameworks, standards, and processes.
Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and corporate policies.
Monitor project health and provide executive-level visibility through dashboards and reports.
Conduct stage gate reviews and quality assurance assessments.

Portfolio & Program ManagementSupport management of multiple projects and programs across the organization.
Track project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
Facilitate portfolio prioritization and resource allocation discussions.
Monitor program performance against agreed KPIs and objectives.

Risk, Issue & Dependency ManagementMaintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs.
Drive mitigation plans and escalation management.
Identify cross-project dependencies and potential delivery impacts.
Facilitate regular governance and risk review sessions.

Financial ManagementTrack project budgets, forecasts, and actual expenditures.
Monitor project financial performance and highlight variances.
Support business case development and benefits realization tracking.
Ensure accurate financial reporting to leadership teams.

Resource & Capacity ManagementCoordinate resource planning and allocation across projects.
Track resource utilization and identify capacity constraints.
Support workforce planning and onboarding activities.
Collaborate with functional managers to resolve resource conflicts.

Reporting & Stakeholder ManagementPrepare executive dashboards, steering committee packs, and status reports.
