医療用医薬品（製品だけではなく、一部原薬又はバルクを含む）の製造、販売及び輸出入を手掛けている当社の海外ビジネス推進を担う部長として、海外事業部の業務遂行を牽引して頂きます。
■具体的な業務内容
1）ライセンシービジネスの管理運営海外ライセンス先（イタリア、スペイン、オランダ、韓国等々）と日々のコミュニケーションを実施し、既存契約に則り、定期的に必要十分な情報（下記例示参照）を入手する。入手した各種情報を定性的及び定量的に分析した後、適宜、社内関連部門と共有する。関連情報の分析に基づき、販売拡大の機会又はリスクを同定して、必要な対応策を立案し、実施する。
需要予測（18-month revolving forecast）を定期的に入手し、予算策定を実施し又実算との乖離が生じる場合には、海外ライセンス先と適宜協業し、その原因の究明を実施し、対策を立案し、実行する。

2）海外ライセンス先との契約維持及び管理既存契約（海外ライセンス先への供給契約だけでは無く、商標権契約も含まれます）継続の可否や契約内容の改定（下記例示参照）等々について慎重に検討し、必要に応じて社内関連部門の提案とコンセンサス形成をリードする。契約期間、単価、最低購入数量等々、既存契約の改定について社内関連部門に提案し、了承を得る。
既存ビジネスの円滑な推進を図る為、必要に応じて、新たな覚書の締結を検討、社内関連部門に提案し、了承を得る。
既存契約の履行に不備が生じた場合は、それを是正する為の対策を立案し、実行する。

3）安定供給止む無く需要と供給との調整に問題が生じる／生じそうな場合には、予算進捗に支障が発生しない様、生産管理部門を中心とした社内関連部門と連携して問題を解決する。
薬事業務を正しく認識し、変更管理等が適法に実施される様、海外RAを中心とした社内関連部門と連携して海外ライセンス先に対し、適宜必要な協力等を実施する。

4）海外に於ける原薬（場合によっては出発原料を含む）供給元の探索及びコスト最適化業務取扱い製品の安定供給体制の強化／改善又は原材料の調達コストの最適化を図る為、社内関連部門と連携し、原薬（場合によっては出発原料を含む）の新たな供給元（場合によっては製造セカンドサイトも含む）の探索、評価又は導入検討を支援する。など
5）輸出入業務管理製品（一部原薬又はバルクを含む）の輸出業務及び海外からの原薬及びバルクの輸入業務全般を統括し関連法規を遵守した上で安定的且つ効率的な海外ライセンス先との取引を遂行する。
