■組織構成

本ポジションでは決算業務(月次・半期・年次決算)において「管理本部長がいなくても自走できる組織体制の構成(強化)」実現のために、活躍を期待しております。
■具体的な業務内容
海外拠点を含む財務経理の日常業務、月次、四半期及び年度の決算業務
法人税等の申告書作成、申告業務
監査法人の監査・レビュー対応業務
Ⅰの部、有価証券届出書及び各種説明資料など、上場準備に必要となる開示書類の作成業務
主幹事証券及び取引所の審査対応業務
事業計画及び中期経営計画の作成業務、予実の分析・検討業務
チームメンバーのマネジメント

■業務イメージ
入社〜3ヶ月本社の月次決算業務を中心に担当し、業務フロー・課題を把握・入社7-9ヶ月
連結システム導入、予算管理システム導入
