■Main responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and manufacturing processes.
Adhere to the production schedule to meet customer demand and ensure on-time delivery.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with the quality department to ensure adherence to quality protocols.
Drive the effective implementation of the internal tools to improve productivity
Manage manufacturing budgeting and resource allocation, and monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures.
Set and implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures for manufacturing operations.
Lead the annual operation planning process, ensuring alignment with global operations imperatives.
Lead, mentor, and develop the manufacturing operation team.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
