Responsibilities: The Field Service Engineer (FSE) is the front line to help customer to use products with higher efficiency by fixing the troubles occurring at the customer sites and providing solutions for the customers. Responsibilities: 航空機エンジン用チタニウム合金部品製造の全体製造プロセスの設計・管理:
原材料調達から最終製品までのプロセス設計（原材料調達、リサイクル工程、溶解工程、鍛造条件、加工工程、検査方法、出荷体制など）
世界最先端のチタニウム合金部品製造にあたっての各工程における製造基準・品質基準の検討
新工場導入設備の技術要件定義:
プラズマアーク溶解（PAM）における、同社グループの国内工場で発生したスクラップ（チタニウム合金部品製造にあたって発生したもの）の完全リサイクルスキームの構築。スクラップを再利用するにあたっての最新スクラップ処理設備の導入・検討。※チタニウム合金部品を製造するにあたり、約8割はスクラップというのが現状です。
再溶解フェーズの真空アーク再溶解（VAR）における、金属内不均一性を最小限に抑えた、洗練された結晶構造を持つ高密度で均質なインゴットを生成するための凝固制御装置の導入検討。
各プロセスにおける品質基準向上:
製品要求レベル（プレミアムクオリティ）を満たす品質基準の策定。
海外エンジンメーカーとの製品要求レベルを満たすための技術的調整・折衝・仕様確認。
溶解工程におけるシミュレーションソフトを用いた要件適合性評価。

Responsibilities: ◆求人概要民間航空機用エンジンの量産部品（ファンブレード）から、国際共同開発を行っている次世代航空機用エンジンに搭載を目指している新素材（CMC：セラミック基複合材料）を用いた部品の設計・生産等を行っている横浜工場の生産技術開発部門にて、コーティング工程の技術・工程開発をお任せいたします。
最先端の技術にも触れることができ、個々の裁量に任せる部分が多いため、のびのびとやりたいことをできる職場です。

◆職務内容航空機や宇宙機器を始めとしたエンジンに使用される、各部品の特殊工程に関わる生産技術開発業務をお任せいたします。
強靭化、軽量化が進む航空機部品には、熱処理、塗装、溶射、ショットピーニング、研削、放電加工、非破壊検査などの特殊な工程があり、その中でも着実な量産化に向けたコーティング技術・工程の開発に携わっていただきます。
ICT技術を活用した生産システムの高度化・効率化や、特殊工程の開発・量産化・標準化・維持管理といった業務を幅広く担当いただきます。

成長が期待されている航空エンジン、ロケットエンジン分野は今後も新たな開発プロジェクトが立ち上がり、次々と量産フェーズへと移行されていきます。
このような状況下においてゼロディフェクト達成へ向けた変革を進める重要性が増しており、同拠点に所属するR&D部門や製造部門と連携しながら、既存設備・工程の活用だけでなく、新技術の導入を含めた生産の初期工程確立を進めて行きます。
