■職務内容：入社当初は以下の業務を予定既存顧客をメインに製品やサービスの提案、見積作成、契約交渉、受注管理、アフターサービスの他、市場調査、競合分析、展示会企画等の新規案件への取り組みも期待されます。国内外顧客との折衝・交渉では、顧客のニーズを把握し、最適な提案を行い、契約条件や価格の交渉を行います。契約締結・履行業務では、契約書の作成、締結、納品管理、支払い確認を行います。新たなビジネスチャンスを発掘し、積極的に提案を行って頂きます。海外出張、海外顧客訪日アテンドでは、海外の顧客と直接会い、提案・交渉を行い、信頼関係構築が鍵となります。

入社後1～2年は、先輩社員のOJTのもと既存顧客に対する営業に従事頂きます。OJTの他にも双日Gの研修により業務・昇格に必要な資格を取得頂きます。将来的には、新規顧客開拓を含め事業発展に向け事業開発などにも携わることが期待されます。
■就業環境：リモートワーク：週1日～2日程度在宅勤務（試用期間6カ月終了後）
残業時間：月平均20～30時間程度
国内出張：頻度月0～2回程度、期間日帰り～2泊等
海外出張：年1～2回程度。期間は1週間程度

同社にとって新たな市場（北米・欧州・中東・アフリカ）に対するオフィスプリンタービジネス（複合機）の立ち上げ・拡大をミッションとする部門となります。
中東・南アフリカ、英国、欧州、北米市場への参入を果たし、今後さらなる拡大を目指しております。
■ポジションについて
新販売地域における複合機の海外営業及び代理店開拓支援をお任せします。
また、富士フイルム現地法人と協業いただきます。
■具体的な業務内容
北米/欧州/グローバルサウス（いずれか）のエリアにおける市場調査と代理店選定・契約
新たなディーラー網の構築支援、既存ディーラーとの関係強化
代理店販売のマネジメント
各国ディーラーに対するガバナンスの仕組み整備
※北米/欧州/グローバルサウスのエリアはこれから拡大していくエリアで、事業を創っていく段階であることから、新たなチャレンジとなる役割を担っていただきます。
※海外現地法人とのやり取りにて英語活用をいたします。
配属チームのメンバーは海外駐在経験がある方がほとんどとなり、英語活用の経験がある方です。
