- Responsibilities
-
Create and cultivate relations with JOEM customers ( VMs & Tier 1 ) to the extent that the company is considered as development partner and series supplier of brake pads.
Main responsibilities:- Manage OEM accounts, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with customers to drive sales promotion activities.
- Engage and facilitate open and equal discussion of business prospects with Japanese OEM / T1 as much as possible (aim for knowing them all)
- Present and demonstrate the company's technology and its value proposition to customers, effectively conveying the benefits and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with global J-OEM teams (and customers) to develop sales promotion strategies tailored to specific OEMs.
- Conduct thorough research and gather relevant information on OEMs, T1 partners, and competitors, providing accurate and timely reports to the global team.
- Build and maintain trust with customers, fostering long-term partnerships and enhancing the company's reputation as a reliable and innovative technology provider.
- Collect regularly information from OEMs, Tier1s and competitors regarding strategy, projects, objectives regarding brake systems / components and share this information with JOEM team enabling the company to develop solutions which anticipate customer’s needs & wants.

Minimum requirements:
- Have good understanding of automotive brake systems products
- Willingness and eagerness to learn new things and expand knowledge in areas where there may be gaps.
- Possess a well-established network within the automotive industry, including connections with key stakeholders, suppliers, or industry professionals.
- Good communication skills in both Japanese and English aiming to translate the concept of Japanese customers into English and transfer it to the team
- Ability to filter and drive the customer towards company needs and wants
- Demonstrate self-discipline and the ability to effectively self-manage

- A strong sense of responsibility with a never-give-up attitude
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, enjoying working with diverse teams and individuals
