Responsibilities

• 海外顧客・パートナーに対する技術窓口業務（営業フェーズ）
• 顧客要求（性能・規制・運用条件）の整理と技術前提の明確化
• 提案段階における技術スコープ・設計方針・リスクの整理
• コスト・スケジュール・技術リスクを踏まえた成立性評価
• 社内（設計・調達・プロジェクト）との調整・意思決定主導
• 契約前後の技術条件引き渡し（営業→プロジェクト）
• 営業技術／プロジェクトエンジニアリングチームのマネジメント・育成

※グループ企業への在籍出向となります。

Requirements

必須条件：下記全てのご経験をお持ちの方

• 原子力、プラント、重工業分野等での実務経験
• 技術営業、プロジェクトエンジニアリング、またはフロントエンド（FEED・基本設計）業務の経験
• 複数ステークホルダー（顧客・JV・社内関係部門等）を巻き込んだ技術調整・合意形成経験
• 海外案件におけるグローバル契約（英文契約）を前提とした技術条件整理・契約調整への関与経験
• 英語による業務コミュニケーション能力（会議・技術協議・契約関連議論）
