Responsibilities

国内ビジネスの成長をリードし、売上目標、収益性、市場シェア拡大、予算達成といった業績責任を担います。
中期および短期の事業計画の実行を推進し、製品・サービスの適切な納期およびコスト管理のもと、オペレーションを統括します。
また、流通方針やガイドラインに基づき、主要ステークホルダーとの長期的な関係構築を推進します。
カントリーマネージャーとして、HSE（安全・衛生・環境）管理や雇用契約関連など、法務・管理面でのコンプライアンス遵守にも責任を持ちます。

■Responsibilities

• Commercial Development
  • Support and execute go-to-market strategy, driving sales growth and target achievement
  • Manage sales processes, budgets, and performance at country level
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Sales Operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales execution
  • Implement tools and processes to improve customer service and sales planning
•  Reporting & Performance Monitoring
  • Analyze market trends and KPIs to identify opportunities and drive improvements
  • Ensure accurate data management and timely corrective actions
•  Budget Management
  • Oversee budget allocation in line with business objectives
•  People Management
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members to enhance performance and engagement
•  Relationship Management
  • Build strong partnerships with customers and internal/external stakeholders to support business growth

Requirements

■必須

• アカウント管理／営業／マーケティング領域におけるマネジメント経験（3年以上）
• 市場・業界に関する深い理解および主要顧客・セグメントの知識
• 製品および製造プロセス（工程・機能・技術）に関する知識
• アカウントプランニング（手法・ツール・運用）の理解
• 顧客および見込み顧客の製品・業務プロセスの理解
• プロジェクトマネジメント（手法・ツール・運用）の知識
• 予算管理能力
• ITツール活用スキル（ERP、Microsoft Office、社内システム等）
• ピープルマネジメント経験
• ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
