Responsibilities

• 次世代フラッシュメモリの開発部署にて、記憶素子として用いられるメモリセルのデバイス開発を担当していただきます。
• 要求性能に基づくターゲット構造の設定から、試作・評価を繰り返し行い、製品の性能および信頼性の向上を図ります。
• 最終的には、次世代製品として量産可能な技術の確立をミッションとしています。
• 主体的に新たな課題に取り組み、技術革新を推進できるバイタリティあふれる技術者のご応募をお待ちしております。
  • 要求性能に対するターゲット構造の提案
  • 試作業務（PC作業、必要に応じクリーンルーム作業）
  • 性能、信頼性評価、物理解析、分析
  • 評価結果より、課題や改善のヒントを発掘し、現象を考察し、関係者と対応を議論し、対策を進める
  • 量産可能な技術を確立
• 複数の部門と連携しながら業務を進めることで、チーム全体の成果を上げるやりがいのある仕事です。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 物理・化学・電気・半導体いずれかの基礎的知識を有する方
• 大規模なものづくりに携わった経験がある方
• 英文での技術文書読解・作成ができる方
