Responsibilities

モールドグループはオペレーター、金型班、機械班の3部門で構成されています。
その中で、金型班は成形品を形成する金型のメンテナンスを担当するチームで、
基本的には8h勤務の日勤で対応しています。
業務は金型のオーバーホールや金型の稼働率をアップさせる為の改善活動をリードしています。
交代勤務者は予防保全や金型修理を実施しています。
私たちが取り扱う金型は精密金型の分類で１ミクロン単位での調整を日々実施しています。
その調整作業には平面研削盤も使用する為、研磨スキルアップの向上も可能です。
多種多様な金型を調整する機会があるので金型班内で情報を共有する機会が多くあり、専門知識を互いに高めていけます。
工場においても、フレックス制を採用しており、生活と仕事を両立させやすい環境です。

■Responsibilities

• Press die maintenance tasks, including:
  • Loading/unloading progressive dies onto presses (3–40 ton class).
  • Preventive maintenance.
  • After ~3 years as a press operator, you may transfer to die maintenance.
  • Die repairs and inspection of press products.
  • Sharing information with other processes.
  • Understanding and acting according to company culture.

Requirements

■必須

• プレス金型の組立および調整業務経験者
• 各現場との調整が出来るコミュニケーション能力
• ビジネスレベル以上の日本語スキル
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
  • 海外工場とのコミュニケーションが必要なケースや、海外出張の可能性もあります。
  • ※会社から英語学習（通信教育・オンライン英会話等）のサポートも有ります。

■歓迎

• 機械加工平面研削盤技能士2級以上
• プロファイル研削加工経験者
• 材料工学（塑性加工）の知識を有する方
