■Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide environmental strategy, including target setting, roadmap development, and execution
• Develop and implement Net-Zero and Real-Zero (deep decarbonization) roadmaps, including Scope 3 emissions calculation and reduction initiatives
• Build and drive supplier engagement strategies to support sustainability goals
• Monitor and incorporate global climate frameworks (e.g., GHG Protocol, SBT, TCFD/ISSB) into internal processes and standards
• Manage and mentor team members while supporting the execution of environmental initiatives

Requirements

■必須

• 事業会社またはコンサルティングファームにおける環境戦略の立案・推進経験
  • 地球環境保全活動の戦略・ロードマップ策定
  • 目標設定・活動計画立案・実行推進
• GHG排出量（特にScope3）に関する部門横断プロジェクトの主導／推進経験
• 気候変動関連の国際イニシアチブ対応経験
  • SBT、CDP、TCFD等の実務・開示対応
• 環境マネジメントシステムの運用経験
  • ISO14001等
  • 全社／グローバルでの環境・廃棄物監査の統括
• 経営層への戦略提案およびステークホルダー折衝・合意形成経験
• GHGプロトコルに基づくScope1・2・3算定の専門知識
• LCA（ライフサイクルアセスメント）の基礎知識
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
  • グローバル拠点・海外サプライヤーとの実務対応が可能なレベル
