■ポジションについて

船舶保有SPCの管理業務を担当いただきます。
※入社時はOJT期間（３か月ほど）を設け、SPC経理について理解いただく予定ですので安心ください※
■具体的な業務内容
Excelでの会計データ管理
資金管理
四半期決算業務
監査対応
四半期、年度での税金関係（顧問弁護士と契約しています）
子会社管理に係る業務（役員会参加、決算報告、決議書作成など）
親会社への報告
1人あたり、およそ2～4社程度のSPCを担当します。ファンド特有の対応は発生しますが、それほど量は多くなく、現行担当者の多くはファンド未経験者の経理経験者で、OJTを中心に対応しています
■英語を使用する場面
シンガポールで登記をしている管理対象会社があり、決算書作成を現地の日系会計事務所に委託しています。
日本人担当者の下での現地の人が実務を行っているケースがあり、英語でのメールのやりとりを行う場合があります。
※翻訳機やAIを使いながらでの対応で問題ありません。

経理部21名（うち、プロジェクトマネジメントチームは部長1名、部長補佐１名、メンバー10名、派遣社員3名）
※経理部は、プロジェクトマネジメントチームと経理チームとに分かれています。

■具体的な業務内容
GCC企画・運営グローバル開発体制（GCC）を活用した価値創出を最大化するための企画・運営を担う
国内外事業におけるGCC活用状況や課題を踏まえた、運営方針・改善テーマの整理
GCC運営に関する中長期的な方向性やロードマップの検討・更新
海外拠点、国内関係部署、パートナーとの連携・調整を通じた課題解決の推進

運営・パフォーマンス管理運営指標を手段として、品質・生産性・使いやすさに関する課題解決を推進
KPIや定量指標を用いた運営状況の可視化と、国内外事業で発生している課題の把握
品質・コスト・納期・リスクのバランスを踏まえた改善テーマの検討・提案
個別プロジェクトや特定事業に偏らない、横断的な改善の仕組みづくりへの貢献

需要管理・体制最適化国内外事業のニーズとGCCのケイパビリティをつなぎ、活用しやすい体制を整える
