Responsibilities

同社の該当部門の人事総務として 、人事総務業務を担当いただきます。グローバルHRと協業し、人事施策及び人事システムを日本に導入・運用・浸透に向けて取り組んで頂きたいと考えています。また海外給与含む海外人事業務にも携わって頂きます。ご経験に合わせて、グローバルHRや事業部と連携し下記のような業務を想定しています。

• エンゲージメントやタレントマネジメント等の人事施策の日本展開の取り組み
• 国内部門へ人員配置・人材開発や諸研修の企画提案等の業務
• 海外勤務に係る制度や海外給与等海外駐在に係る業務
• 四半期毎の人件費予算策定
• 適正人材配置の分析と提案、人員計画に基づく採用

Requirements

必須条件：

• 労務管理の実務経験
• 人事制度や研修制度の企画運営経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力をお持ちの方

歓迎条件：

• 海外人事業務経験 または 英語のビジネス利用経験
• 人員計画の策定経験
• 海外駐在経験
