- ■業務概要：当社アジア地域向け輸出品のGDP Qualityを統括するマネージャーポジションです。日々の輸出オペレーション、記録・文書管理、査察対応を通じて、GDPおよび社内品質基準への適合を担保いただきます。コールドチェーンを含む輸送設計、リスク評価、逸脱・CAPA・変更管理、ディストリビューター/3PLの品質マネジメントをリードし、タケダの医薬品を安全・確実にアジア各国へ届ける役割です。勤務地は大阪（工場/本社）または東京グローバル本社（大阪出張あり）で、特に大阪勤務を歓迎します。
■職務詳細：アジア向け輸出オペレーションのGDP品質監督、文書・記録管理
輸送/梱包・温度管理・セキュリティ等の品質要件設計と改善
温度逸脱・輸送遅延等の品質イベントの調査、影響評価、CAPA推進
輸出レーン、3PL/ディストリビューターのリスク評価・変更管理
外部委託先の評価・監査、品質契約、KPIレビューとパフォーマンス改善
■勤務地：大阪工場／大阪本社／東京グローバル本社のいずれかになります。
また、東京の場合には、大阪への出張が発生いたします。
