人事情報データベースの管理オペレーション設計・運用
その他人事に関わる業務全般等
子会社の人事に関わるアドバイザリー業務
＜海外＞
海外駐在に関する制度、規定の企画
海外駐在に関する労務関連全般（ビザ対応、社宅対応、赴任帰任に関する業務等）
上記を、各国のHRおよび外部のパートナーと協働しながら運用
