Company overview

We support the business growth of our group companies and manage their operations. We operate amusement facilities and karaoke chains across the country, and we also engage in a wide range of entertainment businesses, including character merchandising, food and beverages, and content and promotions (such as movies and interactive content). We have expanded not only domestically but also to North America, China, Taiwan, the UK, and the Middle East, aiming to increase the overall amount of joy circulating in the world.

Responsibilities

国内および海外グループ会社（北米・欧州・アジアなど）の決算管理・支援を中心に、連結決算およびグループ経理体制の安定運用を担っていただきます。海外グループ会社については、現地スタッフと英語でコミュニケーションを取りながら決算対応や会計上の課題解決を支援していただきます。

• 国内および海外グループ会社の決算業務の管理・支援及び連結決算への取り込み
• 会計論点の検討・整理
• 監査対応（監査法人とのやり取り、海外は現地監査対応を含む）
• その他、会計・税務・内部統制に関わる業務全般

※海外出張あり（数日間～数週間／回を想定）

Requirements

■必須条件：以下、すべて必須

• ビジネスレベル以上の英語力：
  • 会話：対面・非対面問わず、現地スタッフと英語でコミュニケーションを取れるレベル
  • 読解：AIや翻訳ツール等を用いて、メール・文書作成ができるレベル
• 海外出張が可能な方（短期～中期（数日間～数週間／回）を想定）
• 以下のいずれかに該当する方：
  • 事業会社での年次決算の主担当経験が目安として3年程度以上ある方
  • 監査法人での実務経験が目安として3年程度以上ある方
