今後の成長に向けて海外現地法人の経営体制・人事基盤強化を重要テーマとして位置付けており
特に、海外現地法人の幹部クラスの採用・処遇設計、ならびに現地法人とのリレーション構築を含む
戦略的なグローバル人事施策を推進できる人材を新たに募集します。

■ポジションについて
グローバル人事の中核メンバーとして、以下の業務をお任せします。

■具体的な業務内容

• 海外赴任者及び出張者の管理、サポート業務プロセスの改善・効率化
• 海外現地法人における経営幹部・キーポジションの採用戦略立案および実行
  • Executive Recruitment、Talent Acquisition for Global Leadership
• 海外幹部の報酬・処遇設計および運用
  • Compensation&Benefits、インセンティブ設計 等
• 海外現地法人とのリレーション構築および人事課題のハンドリング
  • エンゲージメント向上、組織・人材課題への対応
• M&Aに伴う人事領域の対応
  • PMIを含む人事制度・処遇・組織面の支援
• グローバル視点での人事施策の企画・実行
  • ガバナンス、タレントマネジメント、エンゲージメント施策 等
• ※将来：海外現地法人へ赴任（数年以内の可能性あり）

• 海外現地法人がある地域（将来的に地域増を見込む）
  • 北米、欧州、アジア、中南米

Requirements

■必須

• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
  • 海外エグゼクティブ層の面接（インタビュー）が実施できるレベル
• 海外現地法人や海外関係者と連携し、主体的に課題解決を進めた経験
• グローバルに事業展開する企業における海外人事業務の経験(3年以上)
  • 日本に在籍しながら海外人事を担当した経験でも可
• ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル

• 海外現地法人での駐在経験
• M&Aにおける人事対応、PMI経験
• 多国籍組織における幹部クラスのリクルーティングや処遇設計の経験
