Responsibilities

• グローバル人事の中核メンバーとして、以下の業務をお任せします。
• 海外赴任者及び出張者の管理、サポート業務プロセスの改善・効率化
• 海外現地法人における経営幹部・キーポジションの採用戦略立案および実行
• Executive Recruitment、Talent Acquisition for Global Leadership
• 海外幹部の報酬・処遇設計および運用
• Compensation&Benefits、インセンティブ設計 等
• 海外現地法人とのリレーション構築および人事課題のハンドリング
• エンゲージメント向上、組織・人材課題への対応
• M&Aに伴う人事領域の対応
• PMIを含む人事制度・処遇・組織面の支援
• グローバル視点での人事施策の企画・実行
• ガバナンス、タレントマネジメント、エンゲージメント施策 等
• 海外人事労務（給与計算、社会保険等）の実務対応は本ポジションの主業務ではありません。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 英語で海外エグゼクティブ層の面接（インタビュー）が実施できるレベル※TOEICスコアは不問
• 海外現地法人や海外関係者と連携し、主体的に課題解決を進めた経験
• グローバルに事業展開する企業における海外人事業務の経験(3年以上)
• 海外駐在経験は必須ではありません
• 日本に在籍しながら海外人事を担当した経験でも可

歓迎条件：

• 海外現地法人での駐在経験
• M&Aにおける人事対応、PMI経験
• 多国籍組織における幹部クラスのリクルーティングや処遇設計の経験
