End of projectsAt the end of the project, in conjunction with the Site Works Coordinator, prepare all the items required for the end-of-project assessment and feedback with the organization responsible for the contract and ensure that the annotated documents and drawings (assembly, tests, etc.) are centralized at the end of the project in order to check that they are valid before sending them to the Project Manager and to the customer, after approval by the Project Manager.
Compliance with HSE requirementsEnsure that Health and safety requirements are applied at site (Local regulatons, comapany directives, customer requirements)
Ensure that the resources to be allocated on site, the skills, experience, accreditation level according to the nature of the work to be done are adapted.
Implement, manage and update site safety plan and risk assessment related. Make sure that FSRs and Sub contractors under his/her/her responsibilty apply HSE rules.
Perform site safety inspections..
Conduct periodic safety meetings and manage action plans.
Manage safety incidents and take immediate actions.
Monitor, document, track and review safety KPI.
AuthorityAccording to the skills, means and authority, the site manager has overall responsibility for the EHS aspects on sites for which he/she is responsible.
Comapny charter of values and instructionsComply with the comapny charter of values and make sure that it is complied with on site by the personnel.
Comply with company instructions and ensure that they are complied with by the personnel.
