Responsibilities

下記、グループ職務分掌に則った管理職としての管理業務
1. コネクター完成品製造工程設備の制御設計及び画像処理検査技術開発に関する業務
2. マシンコントロール及び画像処理検査技術の先行開発及び標準化に関する業務
3. コネクター新製品試作設備の開発に関する業務
4. 工場へのマシンコントロール及び画像処理検査の技術支援に関する業務
5. その他、部門の使命を達成するために必要な業務
主に、コネクター製造の全自動機・半自動機の、【1. PLCを使った制御プログラム設計】、【2. 画像処理装置を使った製品検査工程設計・タスク設計・調整】を担当し、コネクター製品開発に携わるEngineerの管理業務。例として、設備開発スケジュールに即した人員采配、進捗管理、Engineering的なアドバイス、勤務管理、教育計画、MBMコーチング、Compensationに関わる業務　等。

Requirements

＜必須＞
電子部品等の製造装置開発に携わり、カスタム全自動機開発エンジニアのリーダーor管理職経験者
上記、制御設計 or 画像検査設計の分野を担当経験がある事。
もしくは、上述設備の設計開発担当として制御・画像の知識を深く保有している事。

制御盤に関する知識保有
各種MSの理解（QMS,EMS/OHSMS,ISMS,）

＜必須＞
日本語：　母国語レベル
英語：　初級ビジネスレベル（TOEIC 600点前後 以上）
